¿Como interpretan el artículo 56 de la ley 11683 en lo relativo a contribuyentes inscriptos (5 años para prescribir) y contribuyentes no inscriptos (10 años para prescribir) ?
Un monotributista que debería ser responsable inscripto ¿puede beneficiarse del plazo de 5 años para que prescriban sus montos evadidos? ¿o se aplica la prescripción de 10 años debido a que no estaba inscripto en los respectivos impuestos?

el tema es q siempre es quinquenal (5 años), inscripto o no.
lo q sucede es q la jurisprudencia ha cambiado arbitrariamente esto con el siguiente planteo (los impuestos prescriben a los 5 años pero EL INICIO DE PLAZO DE PRESCRIPCIÓN COMIENZA EL 1 DEL 1 DEL AÑO SIGUIENTE) DE ESTA FORMA CONSIGUEN UN SEXTO AÑO. EN DEFINITIVA EL PLAZO ES DE 5 AÑOS X ESO ES UN "SI" PERO COMO DICEN Q EMPIEZA A CORRER EL AÑO SIGUIENTE EN DEFINITIVA EL PLAZO TERMINA SIENDO DE 6 AÑOS. no es una cuestión legal en definitiva es lisa y llana arbitrariedad interpretativa en beneficio del fisco
